Dear Partners and Friends,

This month, I have something very important to share with you! 

Over the past 12 months, we have experienced explosive growth in this ministry, both in terms of travel within the United States and to other countries. Our daily live broadcasts have consistently reached a larger audience, with a record 15 million views on social media alone. At the beginning of this year, we expanded from being featured on one TV program per week to having the opportunity to appear on multiple networks with global daily television broadcasts. It has been a disciplined effort to create programs that can meet this sudden demand, but we have succeeded. We achieved our goal of producing high-quality daily television programs, which are currently reaching audiences around the world and are projected to attract hundreds of millions of regular viewers globally.

The Lord has been incredibly gracious regarding our books. In just three years, all five of our titles have reached the number one spot, and we are eager to see Heather’s new book succeed in bringing hope and faith to many people. Along with this remarkable growth in our book sales, we have also expanded our staff significantly, adding professionals in accounting, administration, media, shipping and receiving, and our valued partner call team. We currently have 40 full-time staff members, along with many wonderful volunteers.

Thanks to you, our partners and friends, we have reached an important moment for our staff and team. Let me explain. About two years ago, we acquired a studio and office building, which we named the World Broadcast Center. While we have managed to make the most of our space, it has become clear that we have outgrown it. For several months now, we have been operating without enough offices and studio operations to support our rapidly growing team.

As we prepare for an increase in daily television programming, launching on six networks this fall, we have faced significant challenges. Our staff has lacked the space to work efficiently, and we haven’t had enough room for regular team meetings due to these constraints. 

During this time, we have been praying for a solution to the growth we are experiencing—specifically, office space for our staff and adequate facilities for our studio needs—we realized that we could no longer operate efficiently in our current situation. Our team required offices, a boardroom, and enough space to accommodate all of our TV and media equipment. For the past several months, we have been forced to keep much of our equipment, along with materials such as books and products, in rental storage units to meet the increasing demand.

This brings me to some exciting news I want to share with you.

During a time of prayer, we felt a strong sense of breakthrough in our hearts and sensed that something significant was happening in the spirit. The following morning, Jason, our travel director and a dedicated man of God who has worked with me for the past 15 years, discovered an available building. He reached out to me with details about the building he had found. When I saw it, I felt a powerful witness inside me urging me to look at it.

We arranged a tour of the property and discovered that the building had just been completed this year, meaning it is brand new. As we explored further, it became evident that this property is what some might call a “unicorn.” It offers a unique combination of features that perfectly match our needs. 

The property includes a magnificent shipping area, several offices, and a common area with a beautiful kitchen where our staff and team can gather, share meals, and collaborate conveniently. There is also an excellent and spacious podcast room. Most importantly, it has a massive area designated for our television and live broadcast set, which aligns perfectly with our plans and what we have been praying for.

Another fantastic aspect is that the property is located only five minutes away from our current building, providing us with amazing convenience.

The building is nothing short of supernatural. We have faced numerous delays in remodeling our original building, but now we have a clear path forward. We won’t need to overcrowd it with staff, which would have exceeded its capacity. This expansion allows us to keep occupancy low at our first property, making the remodel project less complicated as we will not have to meet strict requirements for having a large amount of staff on site. The new property provides everything we need at this stage of our ministry.

Another important point to consider is the price. Initially, we found that the building was beyond our budget at $3.1 million. However, we have been consistently paying down our current building, which has built our equity and increased our purchasing power for an additional property. At that price of $3.1 million, it was quite challenging for us. 

To our surprise, the sellers reduced the price of the new property to $2.6 million. Despite this reduction, we still faced challenges as we discussed our options. We met with our leadership team, prayed, and sought wise counsel. After returning to the negotiating table, we were able to agree on a final price of $2.3 million, which meant we were acquiring the new building at cost!

What we initially perceived as a delay turned out to be preparation. Our diligent efforts to pay down the original building were exactly what we needed to facilitate this necessary expansion.

This new property sits on 5 acres, with an additional 5 acres connected to it that could potentially be used for future expansion. If the additional 5 acres align with our expansion goals, we will consider acquiring that land as well. For now, we are excited to move into this newly constructed building, which we believe was designed specifically for this ministry! 

While we will continue to use our current building according to its regulations, we are truly grateful for the blessing it has been during this past season. The addition of the new property is exciting, as it will provide the space our ministry needs to better accommodate our executive staff, employees, volunteers, product shipping, and media team.

Our team is so excited about what this will mean for reaching our partners and taking this next step of reaching the world. A million for a billion through media! 

Our closing is scheduled this month, and it is my privilege to keep you updated about it as we advance. 

The purchase of this building is a significant step of faith, guided by wisdom and a well-planned process. Because of this, we invite you to join us in prayer as we seek to fully pay for our new home, the World Broadcast Center.
