Dearest Partner,

As I write this month’s letter to you, I am sitting next to Heather, and we are coming in for a landing at the Denver International Airport. We have been in Colorado for several years, and coming home is always so good. We spent these past few weeks traveling and ministering in several cities. As we go, one of our main points of prayer and conversation is for our partners.

Dear Partner, we are so thankful for you. We constantly have you in our hearts as we bring hope and prophetic words to as many as we can with your support. You are what makes it possible; the only thing we know to say is THANK YOU. Our team has taken great strides this month to reach out to you for prayer and encouragement. Your kindness and generosity have caused life to flood into more individuals than we can count. One of the things that really matters to us is our connection with you during a season that continues to prove the faithfulness of God as more doors open for His Word to run swiftly and be glorified. Please know you go with us every time. 

Two highlighted places we were in the past few days were the young adult conference in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, at our friend Greg Locke’s church. His daughter, Chiara, was hosting. I must tell you, it was likely the most powerful young adult meeting I have ever been a part of! What happened in that place by the power of the Holy Ghost was monumental—deliverance ministry and the POWER of God was evident and present. 

Next, we spoke in California for one of my favorite people, Lance Wallnau! His Dream Trip conference was wonderful; it was a high honor to be one of his guest speakers and prophetic ministers. Heather and I celebrated our 24th anniversary a few days ago. She is my best friend and most favorite person to be with. We had a nice time alone celebrating and, as Lance put it, recalibrating!

What a tremendous season we are in. We are thanking the Lord continuously. As you pray, please remember us; we have taken on a full schedule since the first part of the year, only to be accelerated by our wonderful journey to Moscow, Russia, and will continue into the month of July. We have a few more weeks of back-to-back meetings. I am currently working on the next book project, which deals specifically with the prophetic. This will be my third published work and has deep meaning to me. As you know, I’m not an author who uses ghostwriters or technology to write for me. I take it very seriously that the Holy Spirit writes through me directly. Thank you for your prayers as I am finishing the manuscript for this significant and thrilling new project. 

It is an honor to do what we do and to serve the Lord Jesus Christ! We love all those we have the pleasure of meeting as we travel! It melts our hearts to have the opportunity to meet so many partners in person who introduce themselves as we travel. Thank you for being such a vital part of what the Lord guides us to accomplish. We are looking forward to getting back home to Colorado Springs to continue looking for the right property for our ministry staff and studio project. 

Celebrating America’s Independence Day

Of course, we are in July and are privileged to remember this great Nation’s birth. Our Independence Day, which nearly everyone refers to as “the Fourth of July” or July 4th, is our annual celebration of nationhood in the United States. It commemorates the passage of the Declaration of Independence by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776.

More than 246 years is the timeline in which America has been the longest Constitutional Republic in the history of the world! On July 2, 1776, Congress voted to approve an absolute separation from England. Two days following, the early draft of the Declaration of Independence was signed. Only four days later, the members of Congress took that document and read it OUT LOUD from the steps of Independence Hall, and they rang the Liberty Bell. 

I am thankful to David Barton for his many insights on the United States and its history. He points out that many might not realize that there is an inscription on the top of the Liberty Bell, and it reads from Leviticus 25:10, “Proclaim liberty throughout the land and to all the inhabitants thereof.” Additionally, John Adams said, “The general principles on which the Fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity.”  

Information like the Liberty Bell and statements from such men as John Adams should remind all Americans that our founding fathers dedicated this Nation to God. Knowing that America has a special place in the plan of God is vital. Although I believe all nations are precious in God’s sight as we are called to make disciples of Nations! However, there has yet to be another nation like America. 

When did we embrace the cutting down of America or despising the United States? That is wrong to hate what God gave us. Any resident in America who hates the land they live in needs to know that no one is forcing you to stay! Anyone who doesn’t like living in America should move. Again, I am for all Nations, but it really is evil when this great Nation that God gave us is cut down by the ignorant or the perverted. Just leave. 

What we are seeing in our Nation is both despicable and hopeful. We are at a crossroads, and the wrong side often seems to win. Remember, God will have the final say—but we must also realize just how crucial it is that it is our time; much like those who stood in faith far before us, we are to rise now and make it known that this is still One Nation Under God, indivisible with Liberty, and Justice for All! 

Regardless of the battles we have in front of us, time will favor the bold and those who will rise to speak the truth. I believe God has anointed you for the days we are currently living in as a champion and a voice to a confused and rebellious generation. 

Our family loves Independence Day. I don’t know about you, but every time I hear the national anthem, it is hard for me not to almost weep. What a mighty song with a mighty story. Let’s stand together, fight for America, and continue at all costs to serve the Lord Jesus.
