This month, before we get into the Newsletter, I would like to say a very special word to our partners. Dear Partner, as a longtime or recent partner—you have allowed us to reach lives all over the world. Because of you, we have been to Central and South America, Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, the continent of Africa, and there is so much more to come. You have helped us be on television, as well as sent us to preach in stadiums in different nations all because of your kind generosity. As a result of your sowing, we often go on special assignment, both to pray and sometimes we go to meet with individuals ranging from entertainers, to politicians, and business leaders. As a prophetic ministry it is one of the unique things you help us accomplish. Reaching leaders or touching a life that the Lord sends us to speak to. I want you to know that we carry you in our hearts and in our minds constantly.

This month you have once again been instrumental in helping us. As I write this to you, I am presently in Moscow, Russia sitting across a table from one of my favorite people in the world, my dear friend Rick Renner. It is very special tome as we are seated at the location where he writes. We are surrounded by Russian people in a food and grocery court, and it is from this exact location that he has written volumes of material. Rick’s anointing to write is empowered by the Spirit of revelation as has he authored an astonishing number of books and written material that has served the Body of Christ for decades. If you know Rick, then you will also know that although he has written a staggering amount of material to serve the Body of Christ, he is just getting started. His ministry is growing and reaching more people than ever. For both Heather and I this is a highly significant trip. It is a location previously only visited in my imagination—today it is a wonderful reality. Rick has been a mentor to me for many years, long before I knew him personally, and he has often been the main source by which I check my doctrine and revelatory experiences.

We are here in Russia on assignment. Our assignment is to stand with Rick and Denise as they speak to countless believers around the world right from the former Soviet Union. The people here are wonderful, and it has been quite interesting to see the news from this part of the world. Heather loves Denise, and they are (at the time of this writing) ministering together to a group of women that Denise has raised up in Moscow. We are also here for their outstanding family, church, and to serve their staff by ministering to them. Among several things we are doing, Rick and I have been creating tv programs together which I believe will be a tremendous blessing to many people all around the world.

While here, in this wonderful part of the world, it is hard not to think about you. Our dear partner. We have prayed for you and thank God for you even while being here is Russia. It is because of you that we are here at this time. Heather and I have made a commitment to go wherever the Lord would require us to go. It is our joy and reasonable service unto Him. But without you, we would not be able to bring words of encouragement to such a precious culture and group of people. You have made more of an impact than you might realize through allowing us to be here.  From the depths of our heart… thank you. Heather and I love you and we are so grateful you are taking this journey with us!

Red Eagle 1 Campaign

I would like to thank you for praying! Many of our partners often tell us that they are not just supporters but prayer supporters for us. What an honor to have! As demands for good teaching and healthy prophetic ministry grow, we are stepping up to meet them. With your help, we are reaching millions through 20 different social media platforms, ministering in churches and events, as well as taking steps in media, especially toward a new studio. Our new studio will have a tremendous amount of space for live broadcasting, television recording, interviewing special guests, live nights of ministry, and so much more! This and, of course, the DA62, the twin-propeller airplane. 

We have taken the first step of placing the down payment on it and are saving up for this wonderful aircraft. Heather will be the first to tell you that I don’t like to travel, but I do it unto the Lord, and this aircraft makes it so much more convenient and will allow us to reach so many more people than ever before. Years ago, I worked in the aviation industry. It was as if the Holy Spirit was preparing me for a day when we would reach many people all over America through aviation. Your gifts and support through a partnership are what make this possible. I am so very grateful to you for your generosity toward this project. We have a little ways to go as we are believing for nine hundred thousand dollars to pay the plane off in full. We are currently on a waiting list as there has been a demand, and with supply chain issues, delays have been part of the process. We are taking this as a blessing to have more time to accumulate this additional 900 thousand dollars to pay it off. Thank you for praying with us over this and for your consideration in being a partner with us! We are so thankful to you for being co-laborers with Heather and I on this journey.

This month I have a word to share with you regarding the future. Tensions are increasing on every front, it seems as if a crazier societal announcement hits the news cycle every day and wicked rulers gain more control over the future. As the global situation worsens and anxiety is building around the world, remember something. It may storm, it might be a season of justice rising, but have no fear! You are called to walk in the covenant promises of God, and His kingdom does not stop operating amid darkness. Storms come, trials rise, fear attempts to gain access, and the world may go mad, but please hear me right now in Jesus Name. The word I have for you is this, even as it storms and the rain begins to fall, God has anointed you for this time and you will outrun your enemies in the rain! Let me explain what I mean by that.

Then Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.” So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees, and said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked, and said, “There is nothing.” And seven times he said, “Go again.” Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, “There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.’ ” Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain. So Ahab rode away and went to Jezreel. Then the hand of the LORD came upon Elijah; and he girded up his loins and ran ahead of Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.

That you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.

—Matthew 5:45

We know the Word of God teaches us that the rain falls on the just and the unjust. The rain that came on the land in the time of Elijah caused difficulty for the chariot of the governmental institution. It also impacted Elijah. Those black clouds and overwhelming rain must have been brooding and intense, but then notice the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah! In the middle of the same storm that caused Ahab to flee ahead of Elijah, there was a supernatural acceleration from God. Elijah outran Ahab. 

The word for you and your family is this. As the issues of justice and difficulty arise in the immediate future, remember, the Lord has placed you here at this appointed season and you will outrun your enemies by God’s supernatural favor and empowerment! When you see difficulty rising everywhere, rejoice! The spirit of acceleration is upon you! 

This is what we believe the Lord is saying to us. As part of this process, we want to be sure we are not limiting Him and rather than shrinking back, lean into what He has purposed for us to do. One of my team members that I have known for over 30 years and worked together in ministry with said to me. “Joe, we need to be right where God has called us. This is not a time to run and hide it’s time to lean in and make a way for God’s people!” I couldn’t agree more! That is what we are going to do. 

Sometimes, people begin to move based on where they perceive it is safe. That is a great thing and it is always good to use wisdom when making life changes. Yet, please remember, wherever God calls you to be is the safest place in the world! You must be hearing and seeking the Lord at this time. Wherever you are, or wherever you may be desiring to be, please take time and get the peace of God regarding your next steps. He desires to position you to outrun your enemies of lack, oppression, bad relationships, and anything that hinders the Word of the Lord in your life. Now is your time to be positioned and ready for the days we are walking into! 

Remember on a bad day you are anointed to be the BEST THERE IS!!
